My name is Nataliia Iskra, and I am Head of Section IT Security at Clearstream Deutsche Boerse Group which is international exchange organisation and innovative market infrastructure provider.
My great passion is innovations and technologies which are bringing new horizons and opportunities for professionals in all industries. In the leading role of IT Security area, it’s my job to support the strong business processes of the Group by delivering high quality, reliable security services. For more than 10 years, I’ve been learning the insides of Leadership role, what it is, how to be better at it, how to help others and to bring my best to the colleagues and Group.
I possess a "Master of Science in Banking and Finance" from the University of Luxembourg and a "Master Degree in Accounting and Audit" from Kiev National Economic University. In 2018, I obtained the Master of Business Administration at the Luxembourg Business School. This year I successfully completed Harvard University course “Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age”.
Through I’m best known for finance and IT Security, my interests have always varied. I’ve founded several companies with successful business case and collaborated on various areas from jewelry to solar industry.
