Julie is Head of Legal and Compliance at 6M, a Luxembourg-based registered AIFM focusing on virtual assets and private equity. Passionate about the potential of virtual assets and decentralized finance to transform the financial services industry, Julie’s role is to help her company operating in a steady and compliant manner, while also promoting innovation and growth in the industry.
Prior joining 6M, she spent over a decade advising private equity funds and multinational companies on structuring and financing international transactions. She also has extensive experience in joint ventures, corporate governance and operational matters as well as in the structuring, implementation and operation of regulated and non-regulated funds for qualified investors across all asset classes, including private equity, real estate and infrastructure.
