Priscila Chaves Martínez has worked at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship and impact for over 15 years, collaborating with multinationals and startups in North & Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia. Recognized as one of 2020's "Boldest Women in Central America" by business magazine E&N.
She recently joined Cargill in a global role as Director for their Transformation Office, and continues as Executive Director for Latin American innovation agency 10x Impact, leveraging technology, innovation and ethics to design the future of the region.
Her journey includes vast experience in Corporate Tech, leading operations and business development for IBM in Latin America and Asia-Pacific, and as a business leader for Latin America's largest AI firm where she led product development and go-to-market strategies for cognitive solutions. She has also collaborated in the launch and scalability of tech startups in South-East Asia and East Africa.
A thought leader in the fields of Tech & Innovation and a 4x TEDx speaker, with over 20.000 views of her talks on innovation, ethics and the future. She is the country coordinator for IDB's Ethical AI Observatory and ambassador for "Women in AI", selected in 2020 to participate in Homeward Bound's leadership program, culminating in an all-women's scientific expedition to Antarctica. An alumni and member of the Global Leadership team from Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
