Piera Di Vito
Senior Ground System Engineer, ESA
Piera Di Vito is Senior Ground System engineer at the European Space Agency where she works for the Business Applications Department in the Telecommunications and Integrated Applications Directorate. She works to support industry to develop applications in several domains which present a strong potential to become commercial in the short/medium term and which are based on the utilisation of at least one space asset. Her focus is on the maritime and the aviation domains. Piera previously worked at Inmarsat in London, and at IDS in Rome. She obtained her MSc in Telecommunications at the Universita degli Studi di Roma di Tor Vergata.
