Fabio Borney is a key member of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ (FCA) Digital Marketing & CRM structure in Europe, Middle East & Africa and leads a team responsible for planning, execution and resource allocation in the region for Business Centres and FCA brands.
He is responsible for ensuring that business priorities and sales are maximized through engagement and conversion of prospects/customers through the digital CRM channels (digital Advertising, social, web sites and CRM) whilst maintaining Brand visibility and consistency.
Fabio has assisted FCA to extract the most out of digital advertising/performance marketing, CRM capabilities and digital marketing automation across channels and through the funnel/customer journey to ensure business goals and guarantee NPS / CRM principles and digital processes are injected into FCA’s Business Centres’ organisations.
Fabio graduated with a Master Degree in Economics which has assisted in the understanding and adaptation of programs suited to the difficult economical environments that FCA’s Business Centres’ and Brands face in today’s global automotive world.
