Eric Barilland

Director, Employer Branding and Campus Management, Orange

After about 10 years in financial management and a position as CFO for a subsidiary company of Orange, Eric has been developing his skills in communications and digital transformation for 7 years in demanding environments.

After managing the Group’s financial communications for individual shareholders, he experienced a highly motivating position in charge with the Orange footprint in digital media and social networks. In 2011 the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Group Human Resources considered positively his proposition to create a dedicated team for Orange employer branding to become an employer of choice where the Group is operating.

The people in charge with campus management joined this adventure in 2012.

Eric is 45yo and graduated with a four years degree in Business and Management/Finance and Audit from ESCEM in Tours.
