Senior Vice President, Information Services, MasterCard Advisors
David Rich currently heads up business development for MasterCard Advisors’ Information Services group. In this capacity, he works with major merchants, advertisers, and financial institutions in utilizing consumer purchasing data insights to enhance marketing and overall business performance.
Most recently, David held key roles at Citibank, leading small business banking across the U.S. northeast, and commercial banking across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) while based out of London. David also held several roles in Citibank's Global Consumer Group, having managed secured and unsecured lending products; client management across consumer finance, cards and retail banking; and Hispanic, on-line and cross sell initiatives.
Prior to working at Citibank, David held a variety of roles in the telecommunications, publishing, trade, and online industries around the world. This included VP, Director and Managing Director positions in sales, marketing, strategy, finance, and product and program management for Telstra Corporation, Bankers Trust, Sears, and VNU Business Publications.
David has a BA in Economics from the University of New South Wales in Sydney Australia, and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne. David also attended Officer Training at the Australian Defence Force Academy (Duntroon), in Canberra, Australia.
