As Head of eCommerce Solutions at Clarks, he is leading the development of an architecture and solutions set that delivers a new multi-channel eCommerce platform capable of engaging consumers throughout their journey with Clarks. This solution set is designed to meet customers wherever they are; online, in-store, mobile and on social networks to understand, interpret and execute on a contextual relationship that enhances the consumer experience.
