Strategy Deputy Director, Bank Of Africa

Abderrahman EI Andaloussi joined Bank Of Africa in 2017, he is currently Strategy Deputy Director of the Group. BOA is a fast-growing Pan African Bank, created in 1982 in Mali, now based in 15 countries across the continent and owned by Group BMCE one of the top leading banking group in Morocco. During his 3+ years in Bank Of Africa, he has been based first in Dakar, then Casablanca and travelling frequently in most of the Group’s 15 country’s capitals to keep aligned with the reality of each banks market. During his first year in BOA he was responsible of the strategic project portfolio of the Group, then he was appointed Chief Digital Officer of the Group in 2019, and now managing the group global strategy, including the digital strategy.
Prior to BOA, he spent 6 years as a manager in Valyans Consulting in Casablanca, a Moroccan strategic consulting firm, where he used to lead several strategic and organizational missions for both private and public sector in Morocco and Ivory Coast. He has developed a strong strategic and financial background and a deep knowledge of the African continent through his 10+ years’ working experience.
Abderrahman is an alumnus of Audencia Business School in Nantes, France and OSU Fisher College of Business, in Columbus Ohio, USA (MSc Finance).
