Co-Founder & Director, Equilibre Luxembourg
Larissa is the director and co-founder of Equilibre (www.equilibre.lu), a Luxembourg-based think and action tank delivering research, advisory and advocacy for ‘gender complementarity’ at work – working with companies of all sizes, government bodies and associations to harnessing the power of diversity.
As an active early-stage impact investor privately and through the womens’ angel program, Rising Tide Europe, Larissa has been nominated president of the Luxembourg Business Angel Network (www.LBAN.lu) and is a member of the board of the European Business Angel Network (EBAN).
She started her first company at the age of 18, then grew and exited the family business, a RegTech company in the Intellectual Property domain, before co-founding a social impact consultancy. With her MBA and Masters in Finance, she has become a proverbial 'Jane-of-all-trades', lecturing at Universities on the topics of Family Business, Gender in Entrepreneurship, Diversity Management and local incubators. She is also on the European speaker circuit on subject related to gender, impact investing, entrepreneurship and family business.
