Digital Learning Hub

The Digital Learning Hub (DLH) offers professional trainings in various fields of computer science and technology, such as coding, blockchain, cloud, and IT administration.

Launched in May 2022, the DLH is an initiative of the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth, and was created to contribute to the government’s mission to reduce the digital skills gap in Luxembourg (and the Greater Region). In this context, the DLH has two objectives: to further expedite the digital transformation of the country by way of (continuing) education and to help fill the severe need for skilled IT-trained professionals on the job market. As such, the DLH is embedded in the Department for Vocational and Educational Training (Service de la Formation professionnelle).

To achieve this, the trainings are curated and elaborated in accordance with the skills needed and sought for by the labor market. To this effect, the DLH works in very close partnership with the industry as well as with the National Employment Agency (Agence pour le développement de l’emploi or ADEM).

The DLH’s philosophy is based on the principles of openness, inclusion and lifelong learning. As such, the trainings are accessible, affordable and open to anyone of adult age, resident or not, with or without a diploma, whether they wish to upskill, reskill or to get a first initiation into the IT world.
