Let's meet Larissa Best , Co-Founder & Director of Equilibre Luxembourg
Larissa Best is the director and co-founder of Equilibre (www.equilibre.lu) which is a Luxembourg-based think and action tank delivering research and advocacy for ‘gender complementarity’ at work – working with companies of all sizes, government bodies and associations to harnessing the power of diversity .
As an active early-stage impact investor privately and through the womens’ angel program, Rising Tide Europe she was appointed as president of the Luxembourg Business Angel Network (www.LBAN.lu ) , so she became the First Female President of LBAN , and is a member of the board of the European Business Angel Network (EBAN).
She began her career by founding her first company at age of 18 , a RegTech company in the intellectual Property domain , then she co-found a social impact consultancy.
Thanks to her MBA and Master in Finance she has become a proverbial ‘Jane-of-trades’ , lecturing at Universities on the topics of Family Business , Gender in Entrepreneurship, Diversity Management and local incubators. She is also on the European speaker circuit on subject related to gender, impact investing, entrepreneurship and family business.
