What did you decide regarding the event and the possibility not to be able to receive participants’ in-person given the sanitary crisis?

Each experience a visitor can live during ICT Spring has been transposed virtually. Therefore, whether a participant is based in Europe, in the United States, in Africa or in Asia, he/she will be able to:

- follow the conference thanks to a livestreaming
- share views and discover the latest news of our tech partners on their virtual booths
- join a networking web app developed on this specific occasion to meet with professionals of the same industry
- attend online workshops according to our partners’ suggestions.

All a participant has to do is to register for the event and all the necessary information and links will be sent to them in the practical information’s email.

What does that mean “ICT Spring goes phygital”?

To lead the conference safely, we only accept to welcome speakers, some sponsors and participants who paid their tickets to enter the event next September 14th & 15th. If the health situation gets better, we will accept to receive a bit more visitors but always in respect with current barrier gestures.

What do you plan for exhibitors? Can we have a booth during the event?

Your safety is our number one priority but help your business too so we decided to find the best solution for your company to participate in the event while remaining at home if possible.

We found it and are then suggesting a virtual exhibition this year. Pricing has been adapted and the integrated solution we offer will give the possibility to share insightful documents and discuss live with your audience thanks to a live chat and exceptional features.

If the event is hosted in-person, what do you plan?

The organizer will be providing health and safety equipment (hand sanitizers, masks). The current barrier gestures will be respected.

What does the networking web app consist in and how to find it?

We have created a solution that will be operational for ICT Spring and which will enable randomized digital networking between individuals having access to the internet and using their webcam and microphone from their laptop or mobile phone. The objective:
·         Connect professionals
·         Generate new leads
·         Meet with individuals you would not have thought to discuss with during the event thanks to a random selection
The tool will be in English to allow the use of a maximum of persons. It will ask you to enter your contact details and you will then be connected randomly with other professionals. You will be able to decide if you wish to exchange your contact details with these persons or not. 

The tool will be hosted on a specific link that all registrants will receive in its practical information’s email.

What is included in my ticket?

By registering for ICT Spring, you can attend the parallel conferences, access the virtual exhibition as well as participate in the randomized networking opportunities. All the necessary information and links will be sent to you in your email of practical information a few days prior to the event.

By purchasing a ticket, you also have the possibility to attend the event in-person and meet in 1-to-1 with the outstanding speakers confirmed this year.

What is included in the livestreaming access code then?

If you register free to receive this access code, you will not be able to join the event in-person or to meet directly with the speakers. However, you will be able watch the conferences during the 2-day of the event as well as having access to other tools including virtual exhibition and randomized networking’s web app.

Can I receive a reimbursement of my ticket?

If the event location does not allow us to welcome our visitors and that the Luxembourg Government decides for health reasons not to let people enter, then yes, all the tickets will be reimbursed upon request.

I don’t have a car, is there public transportation which goes to the event?
Yes, you can either come
-    By tram, closest exit is “Philharmonie – Mudam”
-    Or by bus: 1, 7, 8, 16, 18, 20, 120, 125, 130, 132, 144, 165, closest exit is “Rout Bréck – Pafendall”

Is there Wi-Fi access on site?
Yes, the connection information will be displayed on the venue’s walls during the event

Is there a student discount?
As a student, you benefit from special registration fees of 45€ during the whole registration period. You should be able to provide a proof that you are still a student at the date of the event (or that you graduated less than 12 months ago) if the organizers ask one.

Do you offer early bird tickets?
Yes, they will be on sale from October 1st, 2021, ticket price will increase every month, so do not miss the chance to get yours as early as possible.

When will the Gala Dinner be held?
The Gala Dinner will finally not be held due to the current health situation. Please send an email to the organisers for further information (team@ictspring.com)

What are the opening times of the event?
-    September 14th from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm 
-    September 15th from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Will side events be organized during ICT Spring?
Yes, side events are scheduled during ICT Spring. One of them is dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship: Pitch your Startup. 
Other ones are: Spaceforum, European Security Forum. 

I want to participate as a startup.
We offer a startup ticket for 150€ excl.VAT (for both days). As a startup you also have the opportunity to present your innovative idea during pitch sessions, as well as benefit from a space within the virtual startups' village. For more information, contact team@ictspring.com.

Can I buy tickets for my colleagues?

Where can I enter the promotion/discount code to benefit from a free/discounted ticket?
On our registration site enter the code by clicking on “Add Promotion code” and then on “apply” after entering it.

I did not get my ticket/confirmation e-mail. What can I do?
The event tickets/confirmation e-mail is send through our ticket platform Entertainrr. In order to get our e-mails, add us to your contact list. Check your spam folder, your tickets might be in there.
