Will the event take place physically this year?

The event will be hybrid. Visitors will be able to join the event location, participate physically to the different conferences, visit the exhibition hall and meet with the speakers whom will have succeed in joining the event in-person.

For those who cannot join in-person: all the conferences will be broadcasted online – and you need to register if you wish to receive the necessary access codes. Specific webinars will also be available online and there will be a possibility to meet & match with participants virtually thanks to the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and their international business meetings by b2fair

What is the Digital ICT Week?

Organised by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Farvest, the DIGITAL ICT WEEK will re-group a panoply of highlight events and is organised around the international flagship event ICT Spring with the objective to stimulate digital transformation, illustrate the latest tech trends and present growth opportunities for startups and SMEs and, in its core, international business meetings by b2fair.

What do you plan for exhibitors? Can we have a booth during the event?

The exhibition allows the demonstrations of the latest tech trends and innovations available on the market.
International companies are joining the exhibition each year and we are suggesting a physical exhibition hall this year!

As the event takes place physically, what do you plan?

The organizer will be providing health and safety equipment (hand sanitizers, masks). The current barrier gestures will be respected and the entrance will be limited depending on the number applicable at that time.

What is included in my ticket?

By registering for ICT Spring, you can attend the parallel conferences – physically or online-, access the exhibition area as well as participate in the matchmaking programme powered by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. All the necessary information and links will be sent to you in your email of practical information a few days prior to the event.

Can I receive a reimbursement of my ticket?
A registration complies with a no-show Policy. Each registration (noticed on our website, by email, by mail, by phone or by fax) entails fees that remain due if cancellation occurs less than 7 working days before the event. However, you will be able to be replaced by one of your colleagues if needed, upon written confirmation with the organizer.

In which language will the event be held?
All the conferences from ICT Spring will be held in English.

Where will the event be held?
It will take place at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (
4 Place de l'Europe, 1499 Luxembourg) 

Is there any parking nearby?
They are two car parks available : the car park "Trois Glands" and the car park "Place de l'Europe"

I don’t have a car, is there public transportation which goes to the event?
Yes, you can either come
-    By tram, closest exit is “Philharmonie – Mudam”
-    Or by bus: 1, 7, 8, 16, 18, 20, 120, 125, 130, 132, 144, 165, closest exit is “Rout Bréck – Pafendall”

Is there Wi-Fi access on site?
Yes, the connection information will be displayed on the venue’s walls during the event

Is there a student discount?
As a student, you benefit from special registration fees of 45€ during the whole registration period. You should be able to provide a proof that you are still a student at the date of the event (or that you graduated less than 12 months ago) if the organizers ask one. Please send an email to team@ictspring.com to get a student ticket.

Are there VIP tickets? What is included in this special ticket?

What are the opening times of the event?
-    September 14th from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm 
-    September 15th from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Will side events be organized during ICT Spring?
Yes, side events are scheduled during ICT Spring. They can all be find in the event website menu: Programme/Side Events  

I want to participate as a startup.
We offer a startup ticket for 100€ excl.VAT (for both days). As a startup you also have the opportunity to present your innovative idea during pitch sessions, as well as benefit from a space within the virtual startups' village. For more information, contact team@ictspring.com.

I am a member of the press; can I get free access to the event?
Please ask for your accreditation to get free access to ICT Spring by sending an email to team@ictspring.com

ICT Spring is a Global Tech Conference hosting an array of International Professionals. What is B2Fair Matchmaking?
B2Fair Matchmaking is a matchmaking event within ICT Spring, with a dedicated meeting zone, that will offer you the possibility to find the right business partner and encourage strategic partnerships in the ICT community in Europe and beyond, while giving its participants the chance to get an insight into the latest technological advances and innovations in the ICT sector.

Can I buy tickets for my colleagues?
Yes, just ask for several tickets and enter their contact details when buying the tickets.

Where can I enter the promotion/discount code to benefit from a free/discounted ticket?
On our registration site enter the code by clicking on “Add Promotion code” and then on “apply” after entering it.

I did not get my ticket/confirmation e-mail. What can I do?
The event tickets/confirmation e-mail is sent through our ticket platform on Eventbrite. In order to get our e-mails, add us to your contact list. Check your spam folder, your tickets might be in there.
